Prior to joining Edelman, Dana served as the head of internal communications in large companies with workforces exceeding 10,000 employees. In this role, she provided guidance to senior executives and leadership teams on employee engagement, crisis communication, and change management. Notably, she worked with renowned organizations such as OMV in Eastern Europe and ADNOC in the Middle East.
At Edelman, Dana's responsibilities include conducting internal communications assessments, evaluating employee engagement levels, and diagnosing organizational culture. Through close collaboration with clients, she formulates customized strategies, processes, and tools that elevate employee experiences, ultimately helping organizations achieve their business objectives. Since joining Edelman in April 2023, Dana has provided extensive support in enhancing employee experience to prominent clients, including Mubadala, Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, TAQA, Tabreed, and Abu Dhabi Investment Office.
